Frequently Asked Question
What Is a Tracking Number, and Where Is It?
A tracking number, or ID, is a string of numbers and possibly letters that uniquely identifies your shipment for national or worldwide tracking.
Usually, the shipper or online retailer can provide the tracking number or ID. If you ordered a product from an online store, the confirmation email or shipment tracking message will usually include the tracking number or ID. If not, please contact your shipper or the online shop.
When will I see my tracking information?
After obtaining the Track and Trace ID, tracking events typically show up 24 to 48 hours later. A tracking event will often show up as soon as the shipment arrives at our location.
If I don't have my tracking number, can I still track my shipment?
If you don’t have a tracking number, we recommend contacting your shipper.
